Ms. Mamata Chakraborty is a prominent figure in the legal and corporate world. As an Advocate at the Delhi High Court and the Vice-President of SARC & Associates, Chartered Accountants, she brings a wealth of experience, with more than 11 years of involvement in various domains, including corporate laws, the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and forensic audit. Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, Fellowship from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, FEMA (ICSI) certification, and expertise in forensic audit and fraud detection (ICSI). Moreover, she possesses specialized knowledge in anti-money laundering, with a comprehensive understanding of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Her vision is to create an inclusive and globally compatible environment where her skills and abilities can contribute to the greater good.
Ms. Mamata Chakraborty firmly believes that economic development is an achievable reality when diverse industrial sectors, ranging from science and technology to defense and infrastructure, collaborate and cooperate effectively.
